Fees
Therapy is an investment in you. When you are at your best, everything in your life works better.
My fee for a standard 50 minute individual session is comparable to rates charged by other licensed psychotherapists in this area. Couple sessions are typically 60-90 minutes as this has proven to be an optimal length of time. The cost of longer sessions are prorated accordingly. Payment is expected at each session and I accept cash, checks, Zelle (a bank to bank transfer with no fees), PayPal and Venmo. I also offer a limited number of reduced fee appointments based on clients’ financial need.
During your consultation call we will discuss fees in more detail.
Insurance
I am not contracted health insurance companies and do not accept insurance.
However, I can provide a monthly statement (called a Superbill) that you can submit for possible out-of-network reimbursement depending on your mental health coverage. It is your responsibility to determine the terms of any out-of-network coverage.
